2. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

If you purchase goods or services from us at a distance, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Angrerettloven. We provide the official standard cancellation form (Angreskjema) as required by law. Failure to provide this form extends your withdrawal period to 12 months.

3. Consumer Purchases (Forbrukerkjøpsloven)

If you purchase goods or services from us as a consumer (forbruker), the following applies in addition to these Terms:

• Goods must conform to the agreement at the time of delivery and remain conforming for a reasonable period, pursuant to Forbrukerkjøpsloven § 18.
• You must notify us of a defect (mangel) within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered it, and no later than 5 years from delivery for movable goods (Forbrukerkjøpsloven § 27).
• You may demand repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation depending on the nature and severity of the defect, as set out in Forbrukerkjøpsloven Chapter 4.
• All prices displayed include Norwegian VAT (mva) where applicable. Total price including fees and delivery costs is shown before you confirm a purchase.
