2. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
When you enter into a distance contract with us, you have an unconditional right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you designate (other than the carrier), take physical possession of goods. For service contracts, the period expires 14 days after the day the contract was entered into.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period has expired. You may use the standard cancellation form below, but you are not required to use any particular format as long as your communication is unambiguous and documented.
3. Standard Cancellation Form (Angreskjema)
Under Angrerettloven, we are required to make the standard withdrawal form available to you. If we fail to provide this form, your withdrawal period is extended from 14 days to 12 months (and 14 days from the date you receive the form if it is provided within that period).

Complete the form and send it to us at the address or email listed in Section 1 before the withdrawal period expires.
4. How to Notify Us of Withdrawal
You may notify us of your withdrawal by:
- Completing and sending the official Angreskjema (Q-0319B) to our postal or email address
- Sending a clear written statement by email to question@hipsiuflushen.world
- Sending a letter by post to Safirvegen 50, 3931 Porsgrunn, Norway
We recommend keeping proof of your notification (email confirmation, registered mail receipt, or copy of the completed form).
5. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You shall send back goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we have agreed otherwise or failed to inform you that you must bear return costs.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply in certain cases defined by Angrerettloven, including but not limited to:
- Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
- Services fully performed with your prior express consent before the withdrawal period expired
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your consent
If an exception applies to your purchase, we will inform you before you complete the order.
